A few cite Snell ( A History of Sussex County, etc.). Most of those that do cite a source cite "The Wantage Recorder". Most of the Coon index cards do not cite sources. The ancestry of some of the spouses is known, but is not shown here. There were many individuals, particularly among recent generations, whose descent from Timothy Shay could not be determined from the information on the cards. This chart does not contain all the information on the Coon index cards. We have also returned to hosting our big annual community fundraising events as well as fun and safe monthly social events and membership meetings.” Since COVID put a halt on our plans for the restoration of the historic schoolhouse that is our charming clubhouse, we continue to focus on relaunching that project.
